I had seen her postings on facebook and the many many clients she had helped buy or sell their homes, not realizing that I would soon be in need of her expertise. So when the time came to needing an agent, it was easy to know who I would look into first. I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property, time and effort, not necessarily financially, and how they promote their listings. Meghan Castro & Castro Realty Group stood out as the best San Antonio and surrounding areas had to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on her site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.
We spoke with Meghan and then met with her at our home. She spent the time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. She and her husband Stephen gave us suggestions on low cost, minor upgrades we could do to our home to update the look and make it look refreshed and more appealing. Stephen and his construction crew updated our flooring and made some minor repairs and we were ready to list. We were concerned that our house, which was located just outside of San Antonio and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes, would be tough to sell. Meghan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don’t (but should), like having a professional come take amazing beautiful photos.
