Meet Meghan

As a real estate investor since 2011 and an experienced San Antonio real estate agent, Meghan Castro is uniquely positioned to provide outstanding investment support, as well as traditional real estate services, to investors and families in the San Antonio, TX area. She has years of experience helping families find their perfect homes, seeking out properties with those special details that really make moving exciting and special.

As an investor, her areas of specialty include real estate flips, wholesaling, house hacking, live-in-then-rent, hard-money lending, short-term and long-term financing buys, and many more. However you prefer to invest—or whatever your specific circumstances require, Meghan has the experience you need to start or build your real estate investing portfolio.

Relationships are key to Meghan—and not just those she builds with her clients. Through the relationships she’s developed with title offices, closing companies, traditional and private money lenders, and property management companies, Meghan is able to help negotiate the best possible prices, closing dates, and management contracts for her clients. In addition to relationships, Meghan believes knowledge is crucial. Meghan and Stephen have three young children. When she gets downtime, she loves to spend quality time with her family on outdoor adventures or traveling to see the world. In her own time, she also loves to maintain her healthy lifestyle with as much exercise as she can.

Meet Stephen

Not only has Stephen been investing in real estate since 2011, but he also started a general contracting company to ease the pain of real estate investment projects that go over deadline and over budget. This combination of skills and experience makes him the perfect partner in the San Antonio real estate investment dream team that is Castro Realty Group.

With Stephen’s ability to manage construction projects, real estate fix-and-flip projects and long-term remodels are viable options for real estate investors. Without the constant worry of missing deadlines or going well over the budget, you can rest assured you’ll get the biggest possible return on your investment.

It’s that dedication to creative problem solving that sets Stephen and Castro Realty Group apart from other investment firms and real estate teams. Stephen gives back to San Antonio in another way, too; he’s been a firefighter for the city since 2010. When he does get time to relax, he wants to spend as much of it with his family as he can, unless he’s fishing or learning to play a new instrument.

Meet Todd

Todd Spears has over thirty years of real estate and investment experience, with twenty-five of those years spent right here in San Antonio. He has a passion for the distinctive culture and architecture in the city and surrounding area, and he brings that knowledge to every new client relationship. No one knows San Antonio and all those secret up-and-coming spots better than Todd.

Todd is excited to bring his superior negotiations to the Castro family, where he’ll be dedicated to his clients’ success. Building relationships through kindness, patience, and service is what Todd does best, whether working with long-time investors or first-time home buyers. Before joining the Castro Realty Group, Todd worked with a luxury home sales team with more than $57 million in transactions in 2020. He’s well versed in residential real estate and real estate investment, and he also has specific experience with land and ranches.

As proud as he is of his recent sale of a ranch on the Brazos River, Todd is even more proud to be a husband and father. If he’s not hosting an open house, he’s certainly with his family or playing tennis with his wife and friends.

Meet Pablo

Pablo Barcia has over 9 years of real estate and investing experience. He served our country for 7 years in the Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst. Using skills and expertise learned from being an analyst, makes him a multi faceted tool for our team. Throughout the years he’s been a go to for those who served and still serving. Pablo is wise on the VA process and veteran benefits to help those obtain a home, or a new investment property.

Pablo prides himself on being a very forward and trustworthy person and says it has helped him get to where he is today. Providing a foundation of trust with his clients is of utmost importance. The relationships he’s built while serving, and still builds to this day helps future customers with the best options for their needs.

You’ll be hard-pressed to find Pablo not working. On his off time though, Pablo enjoys traveling the country, rock climbing, and boating. He also serves the community being a firefighter.

Meet Yvette

Yvette Wimberley is the Administrative Assistant for Castro Realty Group. Yvette works closely with numerous realty experts in providing administrative assistance. She serves as a primary contact for external offices and provides technical and logistical support on special projects. She also assists with the coordination of various reports and activities, setting up outside services in preparing properties for listings or buyers.

Yvette’s experience and energies are focused towards establishing goals and objectives that support the overall real estate strategic plans of Castro Realty Group while providing our clients with the best possible experience. Daily operations and workflow are accomplished through team synergy and development.

Prior to her position at Castro Realty Group, Yvette worked in the Healthcare Industry for 15+ years. The many years she spent in Healthcare prepared Yvette to be extremely detail oriented and client focused. Here at Castro Realty Group, Yvette works hard to help you meet your real estate needs.
